Each student has his/ her own room ensuite in attractive six bedroom modern apartments or sharing bathroom facilities in cosy 8 / 6 / 4 bedroom terraced houses. The locations are excellent, close to all amenities. Most villages have a communal centre where a programme of activity is organised for students throughout the year which include arts events, dance, music, information evenings, games tournaments and social evenings. These can also be used for group study and student organised events.

Campus residences offer a great opportunity to meet new friends from all over the world. They also offer an excellent study environment providing adequate privacy in well-designed single study bedrooms with high speed internet included.

Elm Park, College Court, Briarfield and Oaklawns are popular estates with a large cohort of student residences. Troy Student Village, Courtyard and Brookfield Hall are three privately managed student residences located slightly further from the campus, however it is served by a shuttle bus service.
