St. Lawrence College (SLC) is a College of Applied Arts and Technology with three campuses in Eastern Ontario, namely Brockville ,Cornwall and Kingston

You can be a part of student government, orientation events, social nights, ski trips, the annual Carnival and Oktoberfest events and various intramural sports. Varsity athletics programs, such as cross country running, golf, basketball, soccer and badminton are available. Each campus also has fully equipped indoor fitness and outdoor sport facilities for activities. SLC welcome international students at all three campus locations. It offers many services specifically for international student needs.


IELTS (International English Language Test Service):

A minimum score of 6.0 overall, with a minimum score of 5.5 in each section, for entry to diploma and certificate programs;

minimum score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each section, for entry to degree, graduate certificate and fast-track programs.

Admission requirements:

Diploma –

•             Minimum 50%

•             Maths/Stats mandatory for all programs either at Grade 11/12/ Bachelors.

•             Gap should not be more than 2 years.

PG Diploma –

•             Minimum 50%

•             Any 3 year diploma/degree after grade12 is eligible. Maths/Stats not reqd.

•             Gap should not be more than 5 years.

Enjoy the convenience of being on campus and the friendships that form when you live in residence. For students who are away from home, sometimes for the first time, living in residence is a great way to begin your college experience.

All of the residences on the  three campuses have fully furnished single or double-occupancy suites and common areas for group study and social activities. There are accessible suites available for students with disabilities. With easy access to public transit, on-site laundry facilities, access to college computer labs, library, dining services, and meal plans, and more, residence has everything you need in one comfortable, secure location.

Residence spaces will be allocated on a "First-come, First-in" basis until all the beds in the residence are filled. Please apply as soon as you have been accepted into a full-time program.

St. Lawrence College Kingston is prepared to guarantee a room in residence to the first 70 students living outside the city of Kingston, who accept an Offer of Admission to one of the Bachelor's Degree programs.


Off-Campus Housing:

The  Student Association of St. Lawrence College has partnered with, a company that specializes in providing Off-Campus Housing solutions for post-secondary students.

This service is FREE for all students to use as an effective method of finding a place to live off-campus.
