Campus accommodations provide a modest and yet affordable option in the campus core, within walking distance of historic Hatley Castle, classrooms and the Habitat Café.

Royal Roads University offers its students following accomodation options:

•           Graduate/Undergraduate residences for Distance Learners - This housing option is situated in the main campus circle and offered to up to 180 learners in two residential buildings.

•           Graduate/Executive Certificate Accommodation - This accomodation option is also located in the main campus circle, where students can walk to the academic building, cafeteria, library, recreation centre and Hatley Castle.

If you choose to opt for Off-Campus Housing, Royal Roads University Housing will assist you and have available Off-Campus Housing lists.

Living with a Canadian family during your studies allows you to experience a real Canadian lifestyle and improve your English language skills, all in a welcoming and friendly home environment.

The Housing Department  will find your home away from home. Royal Roads University works with the Canada Homestay Network, who will help you find your perfect home while you study.
