The Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology (frequently shortened to Niagara College and branded as Niagara College Canada) is a public College of Applied Arts and Technology within the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario, Canada.

The college has four campuses: the Welland Campus in Welland, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Maid of the Mist Campus in Niagara Falls and the Taif Campus in Ta'if, Saudi Arabia.

With 9,000 full-time students, including more than 500 international students from more than 60 countries, the college offers over 100 post-secondary diploma, baccalaureate degrees and advanced level programs. The continuing education division attracts approximately 15,000 registrants to more than 600 courses each year. Niagara College employs 291 faculty, 89 administration staff and 224 support staff and has graduated more than 50,000 students.

Niagara College also offers an emphasis on applied research, and provides students with opportunities to participate in projects that help local businesses and community organizations become more innovative, solve problems or develop new products. These real-world projects allow students to take the skills and knowledge they have learned in the classroom to a new level.

On-Campus Residence

NC’s Residence Suites are designed for those students who want to experience living among other students, yet still wish to maintain a little privacy. You will have your own furnished bedroom and share kitchen and washroom facilities with one other student. Each bedroom includes a television and internet connection. Students must buy and cook their own meals. The kitchen includes a fridge and microwave.

Off-Campus Housing

Many great accommodations are within reasonable travel time from all three campuses. Be it at the Welland, NOTL or Niagara Falls Campus, enjoy our Niagara charm and have the advantage of affordable, safe, quality housing. Please choose Housing close to your campus of study. Landing Pad

Welcome to the Niagara College Landing Pad. The program is designed to provide International Students with 30 days of safe accommodation. Hosts support students through the provision of a home & two meals per day, while the college offers information and adjustment help.





Niagara College International Student Awards

Niagara College awards students who are the top academic and engaged students in their school. There is no application for this award. It is determined based on academic performance and an active co-curricular record.

One recipient from each academic school will be chosen and notified.

Niagara College South Asian Scholarship

Niagara College has made some changes to its South Asia Scholarship Program ($2000)  starting May 1st,2017 –

1.            IELTS and Academic Scholarship – 7.0 overall score with a minimum 70% average

2.            Academic Scholarship – Average of a minimum 80% in most recent academic year

Note: Only one scholarship is awarded per student. Award selection is based on eligibility criteria above. Scholarship terms are $1000 CAD in term 1 and $1000 CAD in term 2 based on maintaining an 80% average in term 1 at Niagara College.
