Orlando also has a common room available for student use. The University owns and manages Orlando Village which provide 381 single study, self catering bedrooms. It is close to both road and rail links, and the university own staff are available throughout the day and evening to give advice on domestic matters with a 24 hour security patrol service. The cost of 2017/18 accommodation will be £3,040.00, this covers a period of 38 weeks and includes the Easter and Christmas vacations. It includes costs of heating, lighting, hot water and the internet. Temporary Accommodation is not available at the Halls of Residence.
