About University: The University of Surrey's main campus is on Stag Hill, in Guildford, adjacent to the cathedral. It has charming parkland with its own lake. A major expansion of the campus at Manor Park includes academic buildings, accommodation for students and staff, and the Surrey Sports Park.

Guildford is a rather smart town, with easy links to London. The Stag Hill campus hosts nearly 15,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. The majority of undergraduate students undertake a work-based professional training year – this is, after all, the university that pioneered sandwich degrees.
