About The Institute: New Zealand Career College (NZCC) was founded in 2004 by Feroz Ali, and is now part of ACG Tertiary & Careers Group (of which Feroz is Divisional Chief Executive). A Private Training Establishment (PTE), NZCC provides vocational courses to domestic and international markets in Early Childhood Education, Health, and Business. It is accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and approved by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for government funding, student loans and allowances. Achieving a Category One provider status in 2012, the organisation is committed to maximising educational outcomes and pastoral care to its students.

NZCC's on-going goal is to create a tertiary college that supports and serves its local community by providing students as young as 16 with qualifications resulting in genuine pathways to higher study or employment. Critical to this provision is a nurturing, inclusive learning environment, and a teaching delivery mode which is attractive to struggling or second chance learners from a multitude of ethnicities and people groups. NZCC now has four campuses Manukau, Auckland Waitakere and Wellington. Training and transitioning almost 1000 students per year, NZCC provides a vital educational link for local and international learners who might otherwise 'fall through the gaps'.
